Who Said Black and White was Boring??!!

When this client approached me about her wedding invitation ensemble, I asked "what are your colors?". She replied "Black and White" and my mind went blank... After a few discussions, I realized where she wanted to go and the decision became clear. Simple style and elegant sophistication that would set the tone for a formal wedding. Embellishments & More


Here's a savvy idea that takes your invitations to a whole other level. Satin Ribbon Corners add that extra pop to a wedding invitation ensemble. My customer saw this idea and asked if we could add it to her invitation design. I said sure and voila! You can do so much with the color palette. Add 4 corners or go with only 1, the options are endless. Let me know what you think!

To the DIY'ers: While this is a simple project, make sure you account for the time it takes to cut ribbon, create the corners, adhere to the invite and then the final invitation assembly. It takes time, but the finished result is well worth it.

Order your invitation ensemble today and just be ready to drop your invitations in the mail when we are done. Remember, custom invitations should be ordered at least 4-6 months before the wedding date. Otherwise, you can encounter Rush Fees or the designer could be booked. It happens!

Clients are always looking for ways to "Thank You" or to leave their guests with a memento as a way to honor their presence. While working with one mother-to-be, we came up with a way to share photos from the baby girls first pictures with her guests at the Baby Dedication. These gifts were placed on the table along with the place setting. For other events I have been able to attend, we will take photos of the host with their guests. As the event prepares to close out, we present the guests with their Keepsake Photo Folder and the message from the host as they depart. These have always gone over really well and the guests are surprised at the turn-around time on the photos and the folders.

Just a unique way of telling your guests "Thank You". Brides-to-be, Mothers-To-Be, Anniversary Honorees, etc. Have your photograher on site to capture those moments with all or special guests. Then send this momento as a way to spark a memory and just say "Thank You".

The Frames and Photofolders can be customized and designed to match your event theme. We also personalize them with your own personal message to your guests.

Monograms for DIYers

Many of my clients have become DIYers (Do-It-Yourself) to their fullest potential. In today's economy, Brides, Hosts and Hostesses have found it more economical to take on the task of creating and/or personalizing their own invitations, programs, favors and other social stationery. I completely understand and totally encourage those who have the time, patience and creativity to tackle these projects and save some extra cash.

I offer my services to clients to design monograms and other motifs that can be used on your DIY project. For small fee ranging from $10-$25, we can change colors, fonts, initials, layout and designs so that you can have your own custom monogram. See something you like somewhere on the Internet or in a magazine? That is fine! Send me an e-mail by scanning the picture / document or take a picture with your phone and send it over. I will take a look and give you a final price.
